Does installing QRBOX mean replacing the machine?
No. QRBOX is added to the running machine — a 220V power cable and a signal cable connected to the machine's power supply. Installation takes about 5 minutes per machine.
Can old washing and drying machines be used?
Yes. The device has worked with industrial and semi-industrial washing and drying machines from LG, Speed Queen, Spinz and many other brands. Send the machine model first for technical confirmation of the connection type.
Which banks and wallets are supported?
The QR code follows the VietQR/NAPAS standard, so most popular banking and e-wallet apps in Vietnam can scan it, no need for customers to install a separate app.
When does the money arrive in the account?
As soon as the customer successfully scans. Transactions are displayed in real-time on the management page by each machine and each point of sale.
Does the device need internet?
Yes. QRBOX connects via 4G or Wi-Fi. At points of sale with unstable Wi-Fi, use 4G, this is the most common configuration for outdoor installation.
Can electronic invoices be issued?
Yes, as an optional service. The system records details of each transaction, so the reconciliation and VAT invoice issuance automatically runs on the actual data.
What if the customer pays but the machine does not run?
The owner can add transactions for customers remotely on the app, no need to be present at the shop. In case the device loses connection, the system sends a notification before the customer can complain.
Is there a trial run before installing for the entire shop?
Yes, and we recommend doing this: install one machine, run it for a few days, review the report before deciding on the rest.
